Their famous egg tart is perfect after the long salty food crawl in Binondo. You can say that the tarts are freshly made everyday. You can still sense the warmth from the oven and its softness upon serving. 48 pesos per piece serves you right and you will never get wrong with the taste.
Curiosity for what an egg tart is lead as to lord stow’s bakery. Egg tart for me is a resemblance to leche flan in a muffin mold with a delicate crust. The sweetness of the filling complement with the dough-y taste and texture of the outer portion of crust.
My lack of skill in photography didn’t gave this egg tart a justice. I am not a dessert person so the sweetness was just right for me. I immediately devoured it and fell in love!
