We celebrated Chinese new year here recently. Everything was good, except for the Braised Duck that took them 20 minutes to inform us na 86 na pala. So we just cancelled it. But still kudos sa Receptionist/server who assisted as sa table and with our orders. We will definitely be back again next year.
Located at the heart of Manila, President is a good place to dine if and only if you live near here. for the parking, you really need to hunt for it so they got a very, very limited parking. the food is meh. We got soy chicken, lohanchay, fish fillet with tofu, and soup. You can celebrate any occasions here, and they got a stage inside.
