Itโs good. Bagnet ala San Fabian is perfectly crispy and yummy.Kaleskes served in a small bowl good for 1-2 person. Rice was served in a cute โKalderoโ.
It’s amazing that Pigar x Pigar’s pigar pigar was able to capture the beefy and greasy taste of the original Pangasinan dish! It was good that the flavor and quality of meat was decent even if it was served at dinner time. Serving size was reasonable when matched with its price. Best matched with garlic rice or steaming plain rice. The kaleskes was also great, but there are more flavorful ones in the province. Overall service was nice since the staff was attentive! Will definitely comeback to try the other dishes!
