Very poor service. Substandard food. Side dishes the worst, they did not have the usual korean side dishes like the egg, green onion salad, kamote, etc. Meat was okay but nothing special. Lettuce had insects, and they did not even apologize, they just acted like they thought I was being picky when I had it replaced. The only korean bbq place we didn’t like. Staff was the worst, slow and noisy and not paying attention. Even water took a long time to be served.
One of the best samgyupsal I have ever tasted in a korean bbq restaurant, easily better than those popular korean bbq joints with playful korean-filipino names. My first time here was truly great, i had a good time and it was very refreshing after experiencing eating at numerous korean barbecues with the same interiors, gimmicks, banchan. although this restaurant is a mixture of chinese & korean cuisine as you can expect in their side dishes, it is better than most unlimited korean bbq restaurants in manila. I was a bit disappointed though to have read other reviews on their service & food a year after the last time I ate in this restaurant. I hope to come back soon and never be disappointed.Ambience = 4Food = 4Price = 4Service = 3Cleanliness = 4Beer = 4.5
Another korean bbq place in Makati. Spacious and not too crowded. Seats and tables are quite greasy. Food is good as well, with various choices of marinated meat. Friendly and courteous staff as well.
Food is so-so. Service is disappointing. Servers are talking to each other as if there were no guests. Music is too loud. Had to ask for thongs, scissors, and water, which are supposedly standard. Please train you staff. We were like eating at a carinderia with the type of service.
Reserved a table for 10 for my family. Service was super slow. All the servers were standing in the kitchen and dancing to the songs and chit chatting amongst themselves. Food is okei but will definitely not go back due to poor service.
Long waiting time last Sunday dinner.Apologies for not taking pic of the pork & beef. We were so hungry then.Service was slow, not enough crew to serve all the diners inside.Need to call for water, napkins, scissors & the replenishment of food including the limited side dishes.
The restaurant said they closest at 11pm and we got at the restaurant at 9pm and then they said they’re closed. Staff are not pleasant and welcoming
