on a Sunday morning with my youngest son, we also get to play and enjoy their oversized chessboard while waiting for our food which i lost by the way, the food is really good, coffee is even better, no mosquito and the place still smells fresh even if it is alrwady crowded. Will definitely come back for more
I like this place! Nothing super special with their food and their service but the place is superb. You’ll surely leave the place with a smile on your face!
We frequent this restaurant on days we want to eat breakfast very early. Plus for opening at 6am–perfect for someone who gets off work around that time and is in the mood for a hearty breakfast. The place feels old but I like the melancholic ambience of the place. Food is a little above average. My fave is chicken barry!
I rarely go on a foodie trip on Saturdays at high noon. We came here for a lunch meeting to organize an event for my son’s school nearby. This place has been much talked about and been been long well known at this side of the metropolis. The food stuff we ordered were ok but not that special. I’m just going to give them plus points for the home-cooked feel of the food. I didn’t like the sisig rice because of the liver slices. I only like liver as a flavoring. I don’t like the mouth feel and smell of liver slices and bits. The interior design is very, very relaxing. The decors have a “grand pa home” feel that I got really really sleepy while waiting for the meeting to end. Got to order brewed coffee now.
We went here for snack on Saturday afternoon. Parking is a bit changeling. Place is warm, they need more fans and ventilation. The ambiance is nice with rustic feel. We were there for more than 10 minutes and sat on our chosen table. We asked for the menu and we were told to get it from the receptionist. When we were about to order around 3:45 pm we were advised by the waiter that they it’s for take out only because it’s exclusive for an event. They should’ve put it outside or at the reception that there’s an exclusive event. Customer service is very poor.
Pan De Amerikina is one of our family’s favorite. We often go here for lunch and merienda. Love the Caldereta and liempo. We like the breads too. We always buy it for pasalubong. Ambience is really nice too 🙂
