  First negative, they opened at a little past 12:00 pm when it was supposed to be 11:00 am. They are located on the third floor of a small commercial building and there was no waiting area. If the princess was not that excited to visit I would have made an about face immediately.When they finally opened, place seemed dark and a little unkempt, and it was not because of the halloween decor. Some of the bean bags were bursting at the seams, there were small insects flying around, The food we ordered was quite disappointing, the milkshake – Freak Shake – was Instagrammable but other than that, it was not worth the price. It tasted like ice blended regular chocolate drink. And the trimmings, though they are social media cute, are so messy to eat. The soft serve (instead of a scoop of vanilla ice cream) on top of the root beer (with a lot of ice) had a not so creamy texture. The nachos dish was pretty basic. Anyway, what could go wrong with nachos? Unless they are served stale, in this case it was not.The mozzarella sticks were a big letdown. The oil tasted slightly rancid, the cheese itself seemed not of good quality, the familiar texture was there but it was bland so the taste of the oil was only made more pronounced. The mojos are just potatoes sliced and fried to a golden crisp. The burger we ordered had two thick patties that were unfortunately dry and had that texture of being filled with extenders. It was also salty. The Spam, boy I really hope it is Spam, did nothing more than to add volume. After eating, my daughter and her friend borrowed onesies – this was offered free. The Pikachu onesie was worn out. Plus side, not counting the late opening, service was prompt and friendly. Will I return? No.
