The second branch of Ramen Kuroda I’ve ever dined in and this is legitimately their first ever branch that stood it’s ground here in the Philippines.This ramen place is always on my top list whenever I’m craving for filling and authentic ramen that’s on the affordable side. My favorite ramen is their Shiro Ramen (just because it’s mild) but I got a chance to try all of them: Shiro, Kuro, Aka, and Bari Kara. The Kuro has that garlicky taste which I also like (especially the tenderness of their pork), while the Aka ramen is surprisingly not that spicy! The level of spiciness was tolerable. While if you’re into REALLY SPICY ramen, then you should try their Bari Kara. I just took a teaspoon of their broth and my sorry tongue can’t take the heat– yet it was good.They’ll be having a new ramen on their menu, to be released soon! (Hint: it’s also a flavor in one of their signature Japanese meals)This branch is just so cozy, and I wanna bring my fam here!
