Interesting Chinese cooking by Burges circle it was fun to watch and eat! Yummy! We had the beer duck with vegetables and seafood. The chef cooked it in front of us and it was delicious!
I came here with just one person and we were the only non-main land Chinese customers there. It seems legit as it was packed and you can hear Mandarin everywhere. It was a good experience because you get to see the food cooked in front of a firewood pot in front of you but I highly recommend you only come if you have a big group. I came with only one other person and we ordered the chicken set. It came with mainly chicken scraps (necks, bones, feet) and had very little meat. The flavor was spicy and tasted good although it was also really expensive. We spent almost P2,000 for two people and we were not satisfied.
It’s a traditional food in China. The chicken set tastes okay, but there are a few things to point out for improvement:1. The ventilation: they cook in front of you, stir fry. But there is no proper be system so you end up smelly.2. The price: the side add on is expensive. 260 for cheap vege like kangkong. And the portion is small. The set is expensive too, do expect about 1000 per pax at minimum if you want to get full.
