The store doesnt open on time. Either the chef has not yet reported for work or the staff is not ready to take in orders. The food is good but service from the staff is poor. They will make the customers feel that its ok to walk away from them.
If you’re looking for a fancy resto to have your fill of middle eastern dishes, don’t go to this place. But if you want yummy, affordable, and authentic kebabs and biryani then Abshar is your guy.Been going to this place since my Ortigas days and I’m glad to know that the quality of their food has remained the same throughout the years. Find them at the food court near the jewelry section of the tiangge (but don’t expect much) and don’t get baffled by their menu as they offer other food items thay may seem out of place to cater to the shopping center’s workers and employees. For the price and taste, Abshar is really worth trying out at least once.
The outlet is located in the central part of the Greenhills stalls market in Food Court. I visited the outlet in the January end of 2018. They have an ample options in the main course. They also have good seating arrangements outside the counter.I had ordered One Zereshk Polo, Tandoori Chicken and Barbari Bread. The ordered arrived in 15 min. Tandoori Chicken was really juicy and well marinated. It lacked spiciness but overall a good dish.Zereshk Polo is a biryani dish with chicken topping. This tasted too good. Basmati rice were cooked to the right amount and topping of chicken went good all along. Loved it.Barbari Bread was ok. Had it with their chutney.Overall this Restaurant in Greenhills is worth a try. Serving Quantity is good enough to filll our stomach. Give it a try for their Mediterranean dishes and Biryani.
Authentic! Hidden behind the accessories section of Greenhills so it’s quite hard to find. Affordable and massive servings too, one order could easily be shared by two not so hungry people. The only down side was the Hummus and Pita, I’ve had better ones.
A hidden gem indeed. Whenever I’m in the area and I end up at a loss on where to eat this is my go to place! The food! Omg the food! Prices are reasonable the flavours are amazing even the yogurt drink is good! Please try the kebab the biryani chicken and I forgot the other rice meal with bat berries. Bursting with flavour you will truly not regret this place. It’s in the foodcourt area by the pearls. I tell you everything is good and it’s also Halal so you can easily bring your friends with dietary concerns and i tell you the food is an adventure.
This is a small gem inside the food area of Greenhills Shopping Center ,I never thought this small joint is as authentic as it can be,the moment I tasted their basmati rice Mediterranean flavors burst inside my mouth. Love their kebab and lamb items, fairly priced original Mid- eastern treats.
