The chicken is great but there’s too many bones. The spices used are all tasty and there is a rice & soup and spaghetti combo. Overall the bones ruined the experience for me
Follow me on Instagram: @astro.adinA budget friendly joint, Big Daddy’s offers big mouthwatering chicken which you can opt to be spicy. You can choose your sides if Rice or Spaghetti. Their chicken is surprisingly good for their cheap price of 145pesos with Spaghetti. The size of the Chicken is pretty large in fairness while I’m expecting their Spaghetti to be bland, it surprised me that it is really good. It reminds me of house party spag served during special events. Ps: You should try their spicy chicken variant. It doesn’t need a gravy or any dip, with it alone you’ll be satisfied.
Chicken is expertly breaded and seasoned. Minus points for little bones that got stuck in the chicken breasts. Some unique flavors to try like wasabi. The less said about the soup side the better. Might try the japanese curry next time.
Good chicken but some bones in it that wasn’t expected. The spices used on the original is pretty good. They half the chicken pre-fried then they fry again for 6min. They chop and put in a bag with a stick to use. snapsnstories.blogspot.com
Another budget friendly, quick fix meal in Greenhills Shopping center.Tasty Taiwanese style chicken and pork chops.Budget meals and shopping great tandem.
Big Daddy’s Chicken (BDC) prides itself on Taiwanese style crispy chicken chops. The way they do their chicken chops here is different from the way Serenitea does theirs. BDC deep fries the whole chicken breast then has the option of adding 5 different flavors (Original, Nori, Plum, Chili, Lemon).I opted to order mine with just the Original pepper powder. Some of the chicken strips were undercooked so the waitress cooked some of them again for a little while in the fryer. The chicken chop pieces were cut into bite sized portions. They were very juicy and flavorful but a drawback to having the whole chicken breast fried before chopping is there are still cartilage and some bones. The presence of both detracted from the overall experience. A good thing is the numerous choices for flavor if you get tired of the usual pepper powder. One can also opt to add rice or pasta to the chicken chop for a full meal already. talesfromthetummy.com
