Liked the food here. But for the price is bit expensive compare to other chinese restaurant but the foods are worth the price. We have ordered shrimps, cold cuts, crabs. fish, abalone mushroom, Tofu Roll, and others. For me, I’m satisfied with the food that we have ate. But I liked the most is our dessert, Taho, I especially liked the panocha. Gonna recommend this dessert.
Delicious food. They gave us free dessert. the lotus rice was very dry though. Didn’t have picture of all the food we ate though. Suahe was really fresh
Great food! Always the best asado! But service is pretty hard to get. They even told us no high chair was available and then we saw alot of it like 10 at the back.
Food came an hour late and service was over all really bad. The food was great as always but, service was disappointing. Before, our family would regularly visit the establishment, but we stoped and this is why.
We went during the promotions of BDO which gives you a discount. Service was slow and there’s no running water in the bathroom and kitchens so they couldn’t keep changing plates. However, food was still delicious and servers tried their best to accommodate the customers requests even if the place was jam packed. Enjoyed each bite especially the fried lobster and fried rice with fried scallops. The pigeon was very tasty and the fried Lapu Lapu seemed to be a favourite as well. Great for groups and celebrations
Choi garden is your typical chinese restaurant for group gatherings. Usually people celebrating birthdays, graduation and the likes would choose this resto. It is also easy to find, especially at night with it marvelous red lights. Overall, the food tastes great. We got shrimps, birthday noodles, peking duck, crabs, fish, etc. The crab was a bit dry, while the peking duck has very very less meat. Usually for peking duck, most chinese resto would show you the whole duck and slice it in front of you. In this case, it was just served and you can see that mostly skin is served. And the waiters dont observe any proper chinese serving order of the food. They served the noodles first and the rest of the food, they served randomly.
