I was pleasantly surprised when i chanced upon this coffeeshop. Now it’s my go to java fix. If you’re looking for a place that serves real coffee, this is the place you’re looking for. Their beans are freshly roasted and the baristas are well trained. One of the few places in the metro where you can sit down and have good espresso. Of course their cappucciono, latte and mocha are excellent as well. My wife loves their cheesecake and cold coffee selection as well. Fast wifi, cold AC, clean restrooms. They are packed on weekends but they have outdoor seats.
Great neighborhood coffee experience. Their coffee is a delightfully distinct blend. I would highly recommend their Croque Madame Open Face Sandwich. It is flavorful, rich, and delicious. Ambiance is relaxed and the owner is very nice and friendly. Overall 5/5. Will be coming back.
I love the homey feel of the place. Try the croque madame, yummy!!! Great selections on the drinks. Friendly staff. The place has high speed wifi.
Coffee: 4 / 5Food: 2 / 5Ambience: 5 / 5Service: 3 / 5I really like this coffee place for it’s ambience, lots of daylight, light music, and located next to a big church in a residential neighborhood. The wifi is good and there are power sockets. The clientele can sometimes be families with noisy kids (from church?) but it’s not too bad.The coffee is fairly good, I usually have the cappuccino.I’ve tried the food twice, and it’s been bad both times. This is just frozen food that is microwaved and served. The sisig was bad. The korean beef stew was just okay maybe too sweet. The plain rice was super dry and crumbly (I mean, the rice at carinderias is much better). The service I’ve always felt was lacking. Is it really too much to ask to serve the coffee at the table, instead of calling out the customer’s name for pickup? And why don’t they ever clear dishes from the table? All said, I would still recommend this place, for the ambience and the coffee and the wifi.
Food: Great value for money. Though they only have a small selection on the menu, the taste is superb. Love their Grilled Cheese with Pesto and Tomatoes!Drinks: There’s actually a lot to choose from. Plus they keep on adding new things on their drinks selection. New on the menu is their Mocha Coffee Jelly Frappe.Ambiance: It’s your typical local coffee shop. It has a homey vibe to it. The store could only accommodate a few people but it’s a good, maybe even the best, place to work/study especially if fast-paced internet is a need.Service: Staff are exceptionally accommodating! Especially Ash!Overall: I love Coffee Stop especially since it’s out of the busy area of Cubao.Tip: Always bring a few change or a smaller bill as they might not always have enough change in their money box.In picture: Grilled Cheese with Pesto & Tomatoes and Affogato Dessert
Loved their choco java chip frappe and their food. Great place to chill as well.
I had a lovely visit to this quaint and cozy neighborhood coffee shop. I liked their lasagna and the cortado. Their baristas are friendly and I chanced upon the owner who was warmly engaging too.I loved how the shop windows has a view of the beautiful church in front of it that reminded me of cafes in Europe with a view of the town center. The view gave a calming atmosphere on a chill laid-back Saturday afternoon. It’s a plus too that they had electrical outlets and a good wifi connection.Would love to be back.
