It’s a quaint and cozy cafe tucked inside the inner streets of Kapitolyo. It’s chill and homey interiors allow for a laidback chat with a friend or a quiet abode for working or reflecting over really good tablea hot chocolate and suman latik – – both of which I had. Will definitely go back to this place. Having good wifi connection is a plus too!

Arts and Beans is a homey and artistic cafe. Staff are friendly. A good tambayan place with free high-speed internet, books, and good music. They have decent selection of comfort food but their bestseller is the delectable suman sa latik. Definitely, another gem in Kapitolyo.
Love this place BUT the aircon is useless. Sobrang init sa hapon. Other than that, unlimited high speed internet, several charging ports, non intrusive background music, clean restroom, free service water, comfortable chairs (indoor and outdoor). Opened a few months ago and I really wish this opened years ago! I would have studied here everyday.The drinks are a bit pricey but I wouldn’t mind spending at all for the comfort of Arts and Beans. This place is amazing. Caters to the Kapitolyo residents.
