Ordered the Chorizo Gambas, Callos and Chorizo Sisig. All the dishes were good. Just that Chorizo sisig tasted like ordinary sisig. I’m sure it would’ve tasted better if there were more Chorizos. Will definitely come back for more.

The Paella Negra is delicious and good thing We followed the advice of one Zomato member to put the mayo on the side.2 Thumbs Up!
Stumbled upon this restaurant after looking for options on Zomato Gold. Food was pretty tasty; would especially recommend ordering the pasta (forgot what it’s called). The overall cleanliness of the store needs some improvement though, so I’m settling with four stars for Calderon.
quite authentic spanish food , this is close go mann hann , a hole in the wall in san juan, will definitely be back for their callos, pricing is also good. its worth the visit
