Sofrito is the first authentic Puerto Rican restaurant in Las Islas Filipinas. It was conceived by a retired balik bayan, his Puerto Rican spouse who loves to cook and bake and a nephew. Bringing the Puerto Rican experience through flavorful fresh home made dishes, pastries and deserts and the ambiance of a homey Puerto Rican dining feel to the Philippine Islands is our mission. Mofongo, a fusion of plantain and chicharon, complimented with either shrimp, chicken or pork is a gastronomic delight that Filipinos will discover at Sofrito.
