Food – I’m a picky eater when it comes to Chinese cuisine. I wanted to try the Hakaw but unfortunately out of stock. So I ordered what I think are the safest on the menu – Shark’s Fin Dumplings, Japanese Siomai and Asado Roll. I think they’re okay.Place – A small Chinese dining place situated on the ground floor of EGI Taft Tower.Price – Pricey compared to the dumplings sold along the streets.
This is a gem!! A must try! Good thing Wai Ying opened along taft so that I won’t have to go to Binondo to eat it. I love their lemon chicken rice meal and also their milk tea. Though place wasn’t that clean but food is good.
The quality isn’t as good as it used to be. That said, this is still my go-to when it comes to cheap roastings. Try the roasted duck and soy chicken combination.
I love their honey lemon chicken. It’s our go-to place whenever we crave for something different. Tho they recently renovated their place its smaller than before. Their prices are a bit on a high side given that it’s near DLSU (student’s budget hehe)
While I love their food, I am never going back. I saw tiny cockroaches around while we were having our dinner. I even saw the lady employee swat one on the wall. It’s disgusting and who knows what insect have set foot to your food?!This is no hate. I just shared my experience. I really hope they would focus on cleaning their kitchen and even the whole place.
There were a lot of crawling insects on the floor when ate here. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also below average. Although the food is good, a lot could be improved. The service is also a problem, it is very hard to call the attention of the waiters.
The food is okay. The service is okay. All tolerable, the ambiance needs some work. I see cockroaches inside the place a lot. It lacks proper hygiene.
