The family decided to give Catch of the Day a try. I am glad we did. We had tangigue, lobster, and salmon. Diners can select their fish or seafood from the freezer or in the display case. Then they can pay an extra P120 for cooking, sauces, and sides. We all had our food grilled, but other options include baking, searing, and frying. In the end, I was not a big fan of the lobster. It was kind of dry when it was done. On the other hand, I loved my salmon fillet, which was juicy and flaky. Between the Citrus Garlic Butter and the Cajun Butter sauces served on the side, I prefer the Cajun Butter. It tastes almost exactly like the familiar red sauce found in buffalo wings.
