I don’t remember the name of the food i ordered but definitely it was the most delicious healthy food I’ve discovered. It was a little bit of everything that makes you crave for more. I will definitely try all of it
Gusto has different HEALTHY bowls from soups to salads and rice bowls and also sandwiches. We ordered the Japanese Kani Sesame Salad. Mix greens, kani, sweet potato (mashed) salad, ripe mangoes, cucumber, and seaweed with a sesame dressing. It was good but for Php280, the serving is quite small.
Looking for a healthy and filling meal? Go to Gusto! I ordered their Lemon Yogurt Bowl and chose Adlai as my grain and Chicken as my protein. It’s my first time to try Adlai and I liked it! The chicken is crispy and juicy and the veggies taste fresh. Will definitely go back here!
Had the Kani and Sesame Salad and it was so filling. Really good and refreshing too. The mango and sweet potato was a really nice touch. I thought the dressing was too small at first but it was just right. Portion was big enough to really satisfy me.
The Lemon Yogurt Bowl is a good first meal to try. I’d say it’s refreshing. No overwhelming flavors, just harmonious textures and spices tickling your taste buds. The second time I tried it, though, nothing was extraordinary about it anymore. It’s probably just me.They recently just started offering pasta, and I wish they can improve it. I bid goodbye to my P220 for tomato and barely-there basil pasta about a little over the size of a Jolly spaghetti. It tasted good, though.
