I remember Kenny Rogers Roasters during the 90’s to the early 00’s. Their rotisserie was really an immersive experience for the eyes and the nose. The smell of slowly roasting poultry really lingers out the mall in their fairview branch.Nowadays, they evolved into a semi fast-food chain offering healthy options while retaining the quality of their main product, the chicken and ribs. This time, we got to try their new creation, the chimichurri roast chicken. Now I know why the hype is so big for it. It was really really good! The meat is juicy as it has always been and the chimichurri was refreshing and addicting, a bit salty but nevertheless, they did a hell of a job in this release.
