My boyfriend said he will be late cause he needs to finish some things for work. I arrived early at Megamall and wanted to stay somewhere quiet and less crowded. I ordered one of their premium banh mi: Hoisin Beef (Php 195). I don’t like the bread they used. Tough baguette instead of the crispy on the outside baguette I had in Vietnam. That was ok, only a few pieces of beef most liver pate.

I’ve been a customer of Pho Hoa (Shaw) for years , but this is the first time I’ve encountered an incident like this.I reported it to the wait staff, he offered to replace it with another bowl, but I already lost my appetite I declined. I will never dine in this Pho Hoa branch again.
