When I think of Ersao, only 2 things come to mind. The Mango shake and spicy squid. I wanted some spicy shrimp wanton (but the cashier actually punched the wrong order and when the order came it was wanton noodles). Since it was already prepared and I’m hungry, I decided to settle for it. Overall, the whole dining experience was alright. It’s just like a fastfood for chinese food. torpedo.food.blog
The crispy chicken is over cooked and some pieces burnt. Even the 1st order that was released before mine looks overcooked.Meatball noodle just ok, was expecting a different meatball taste. Buco pandan ok.Anyway, to management pls provide a ladder for your staff when they get stocks from your over head storage cabinets. Ernie your kitchen staff reached to them by climbing your stainless counter with his shoes on and walking on top of your counter to another cabinet to find what he needs. I watched until he went down and was about to go back to the kitchen when i stopped and asked him why he did that with his shoes on and didn’t even wash the counter after! He didn’t say anything.. your other staff are also speechless. One managed to wipe it with alcohol or sanitizer. Wow..that counter should be washed with soap and hot water. The counter that he stepped on is the same counter where my shake is being made while the shake lady is busy talking to Ernie while making my drink. This is a major sanitation issue. I hope you’ll have this addressed. Please provide a ladder for your staff and reducate them on hygiene, sanitation and cross contamination. Thank you.
I remember ordering their spicy chicken rice and dumplings before. During that time, milktea was never that famous so I never even tried it hehe. Ersao has a branch nearby so I would probably drop by.
Went here today at SM Fairview. The ambience I will give it a 2/5 because its a bit small, and unfortunately we encountered some cockroaches crawling on the top of the table. So I guess they need to clean up a little bit.As for the food.. We ordered Beef Genji noodles, spicy chicken, Beef and Wonton Noodles and Thai Chicken and Soybathe Dumplings, they were all really good and I will give it 5/5..Staffs are okay. when we arrived they didnt even give us the menu or even tell us that it was self served.. So thats 3/5 for me..All in all it will give it a 4/5 maybe its because of their great food.
First time to try their meals, I usually get their drinks only. Ordered for the crispy porkchop, kuchai and mango shake. I liked the kuchai, very tasty and the little bit of crunchiness of the wrapper. The porkchop is good as well but not my fave.
– Scrumptious food- Serving time does not take long- Low air-conditioning- Poor internet/wifi connection- No available sockets for charging
5/5 value for money plus nostalgiaIts pretty hard to eat in restaurants that actually give you what you pay for.Food is good and consistent. Great chinese fast food! Highly reccomend the raddish cake! And all the spicy deep fried goodies;)
