We went during my Husband’s birthday, almost their time to close the resto. But gladly they still let us in for us to have late night dinner. We ordered Sinigang sa Miso(forgot to take photo), chicharon bulaklak and tuna belly inihaw. Freshness of the seafood is intact. It is indeed a value for money/affordable and definitely freshly cooked. Glad it is just a walk from our home. We can go whenever we would want to.
Literally fresh seafood for such an affordable price! If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers fresh, cheap, and absolutely delicious filipino food, Ikay’s is the way!! The blue marlin and liempo are to die for as well as all the different seafoods. Will definitely return!
My dad loved the Sinigang na Maya maya. It was cooked fresh and soup is overflowing. My husband on the other hand was inlove with Kilaw na Tanigue. Well cooked. The ambiance of the store is inviting. Fresh people, CR is neat so as the wash area. The place is not crowded. Definitely a come back experience.
good food and good place for family bonding. The quality of food was really good no need to go to Cebu. the tuna belly and collar was really good which really are my favorites when ever I go to Cebu.
It is our second time eating here with my family. We really enjoyed the food. The staff is friendly and provided good service. And for the second time, we were surprised when our bill came. We expected to pay a lot since we ordered several dishes but our bill is only a little over one thousand. My favorite dishes are kilawin and steamed oysters.
Dined here for a birthday dinner celebration and what I liked the most is the Pancit and Chicharon Bulaklak (so hard to stop eating it lol). The grilled squid topped with cheese was good as well. It was soft and not rubber-like. I only tried 1 shrimp since it wasn’t that “cooked” for me. We also got sinigang sa mismo (which I didn’t like because I’m not a fan of Miso soup) and some other food.
Friendly staff. Seafoods are fresh, seasoned right and perfectly cooked.I would gave 5 but I don’t like their inihaw na liempo and chicken inasal and the guso lacks seasoning. If you plan to order crab, I would suggest you call them ahead of time. We did but not early enough. There’s only few left by that time. Nonetheless, we will definitely come back.
