There’s another local brand that might be another Jollibee-in-the-making. They serve burgers, fries, chicken, nuggets and yes spaghetti and added to that, milkshakes. The standout? The milkshakes and the fried chicken (crispy and juicy!) which is bigger than your usual chicken. The nuggets were exceptional also though, I think, they should come up with customary dips like barbecue and honey mustard. As for the spaghetti, well, it’s not the usual sweet Pinoy kind and sauteed not with hotdogs but meatballs. Better, right? I hope they keep the milkshakes on the menu if 1Reserve wants to attract kids and adults alike (I love milkshakes!). Personally, I like eating my burgers and fries with my milkshake. Though calorific, I enjoy tiptoeing back to my childhood every time I’m faced with this combo. I wish that 1Reserve makes it in the world of fast-food. There’s always a room for another brand.

It was also juicy and crispy, quite similar to Ministop’s chicken.Spaghetti – not the usual sweet Filipino spaghetti. They actually use meatballs instead of hotdogs so it’s okay for me.BTW, their burgers are 100% beef, but they added some fats as well. I like one of their burgers (Juicy Cheesy Burger) which has a cheese inside the patty.Lastly, don’t forget to try their Milkshakes.
1 reserve is a newly opened resto at the parkway wing of SM Fairview. They serve burgers, fries, fried chicken and more.What I like from there menu are their Fried chicken, nuggets and Milkshakes. Their Fried chicken is crispy and huge and for the price it’s sulit.Their burgers are made of 100% beef and has no extenders. Burgers was okay but for me it needs to improve a bit, though I don’t know what’s lacking. Maybe the juiciness of the patty.
1Reserve is the new kid on the block. Like all new restaurants, they are here to create a name for themselves. The 1Rburgers are freshly made and cooked. Savory and Juicy, no extenders. This is what burgers should be and the price is low for this kind of quality. From the Basic Blazing Burger to the Top of Line Juicy Cheesy, all are exceptionally good that you would crave for more. The 1RChicken is the star. It’s definitely Bigger Better and Tastier. It has the right crunch, juicy and tasty meat, topped with probably the best gravy in the market to date. The Spaghetti is a counter culture for the typical fastfood. It’s not your everyday red sweet with hotdogs type. It’s the perfect blend of Tomato, meat sauce and meat balls! Not everyone will be happy but hey, not everyone is a Foodie!
