They have a clean restroom and good and kind servers very polite, it’s just a bit too pricy for the best seller ramen due to the small servings of seafood like the squid, but the taste was delicious, it would also be great if they can clean the place, buy new curtains and install better lighting
Since I was young, our family’s staple in Shinjuku are : Gyoza, Yakisoba and Marbo Tofu. As I grew older, I learned to eat and savor different kinds of Ramen. Shinjuki serves HUGE ramen bowls. For this visit, we ordered Kani Salad which has cubed mangoes, cucumber, shredded kani and lettuce. It provided a refreshing start to a filling Japanese dinner. Of course, a Japanese meal for us will never be complete without Gyoza. Shinjuku’s has so much feeling, and a wrapper that has wrapper with just the right thickness. Perfectly crispy bottoms and cooked meat inside. The Ebi Sugatayaki is a first for me. Imagine being a served a sizzling plate with a big whole squid. It’s also served with mixed veggies on the side. The ebi tempura was also a star. The coating is just right. Large shrimps, eh! Perfect!
