Food was good but the customer service experience was really bad. We had a reservation thru zomato and we received a confirmation that our booking was confirmed. We even got a message reminding us of our booking but when we arrived in the restaurant, we were immediately denied by the crew with the red hair. And she still won’t believe us even after we showed her the text message we got. She asked helped from the girl in the counter but just like what she did, the girl just immediately said “wala akong kinonfirm, di ako pumindot ng kahit anong reservation” while looking at us. She was so rude she didn’t even bothered apologising. Dean and Deluca offers good food but the crew’s just disappointing.
The restaurant had nice ambience similar to the locations at New York. The food was fairly good, but not justifiable with the price. Overall a taste of New York ended short.
Pls also fix Dela Rosa service staff. They are always rushing customers when it’s nearing closing time. Consistently! So rude.
I only eat pescaterian and I love all their vegetarian dishes! All the food are great from starters to dessert. I love the pizza, harissa chicken, salmon bowl and tuna bowl
Reading various reviews about the place made me excited about visiting and giving it a try. My husband took me on a date and ordered several items on the menu. Sadly, it was a big disappointment. Overpriced, overrated, unsatisfying. Their macadamia latte didnt have a single hint of macadamia taste. Totally destroyed a supposed to be romantic night. Never going back and never recommending this to my friends.
