One of UST’s go to commercial areas just got an upgrade with the arrival of Bibimbae, a Korean establishment offering mostly affordable rice toppings in a hot, cast-iron skillet.On this visit, I got three orders. The one I liked the most was the Beef Bulgogi Bukkeumbap, a Bulgogi Beef meets Bibimbap creation. I also got tasty dishes of Spicy Chicken in strips and Honey Garlic Chicken in bite-sized bites. Believe it or not, these were just Php 120-135 each. Bibimbae also serves Ramyun or Korean noodles as well as a Shabu Shabu to share for the barkada. Right now, Bibimbae is giving a 20% discount until November 9, their opening promotion. alwayshungry.ph
