My friend and I went here last month. I had a bit of difficulty looking for the place but I like that we went there Sunday so there were just a few people. The place was instagrammable worthy. The Calamansi Pie was truly a must try and I was totally surprised at how Choco Dipped Donut looked plain but tasted good. The Ice Cream Milktea was so-so to me. I would definitely come back to try their other offers.
Nice themed-ambiance. Visited the place on a Tuesday night and it wasnt crowded at all. The place is big but there are only 2 people in addition to our group. The staff are okay, but they confused us with their differing answers with regards to their menu (if we can lessen the sweetness of the coffee, etc.) Our group stayed until closing time and we asked the staff if they could help us take a picture. Sadly, they did not do it, and we were left wondering what happened.Anyway, the food and drinks are too sweet for my liking. But my friend said that the Smores cookie is not as sweet as she expected! So I guess that it would just be according to your own preference. What i appreciated is the variety of breads and pastries and drinks (coffee/non-coffee based) that they have. Nice place, but I may not go back to visit.
Themed cafe at Pearl Drive Ortigas that is ideal for catch-up, intimate meetings, study sessions, or even alone time. Setting is heavily inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Couches and tables are lined with power socket for convenient charging. Breads, cakes, and cookies are also available to match the flavored tea menu.
It’s a well designed, playful ambiance covering lots of space. Its look got inspiration from the popular fairy tale classic, Alice in Wonderland. Sadly though, this place was empty tonight. And it seems they have been struggling inviting customers in. No savory bites here, as they are limited mostly to caffeine-filled beverages and some desserts, in the form of pastries and cakes. My sister and I took a chance on their offerings, after posing all over the place with our cameras. I liked the boldness of their Caramel Amber Milk Tea, it combined the smooth feel of milk tea and the sinful charm of Frap in one drink. I highly recommend it. For some sugary bites, their Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake won my heart, it was one of the best ones I’ve had in a while! It was unbelievably rich and moist. Their Lemon Square, however, was too sweet, making it lose the citrus touch of this popular dessert. Alice Tea Salon’s tea selections are quite a stretch. They serve it both bare and with add ons; iced, blended or warm. alwayshungry.ph
Not your usual cup of tea (I mean milk tea!). I bought Wintermelon and Caramel Amber milk teas. Bit disappointed though cause they’ve got no sinkers. They put whipped cream instead, which is fine for me. Wintermelon tasted average but the Caramel Amber was new to my palate. It tasted great even though there were no sinkers.
Alice Tea Salon is a tea/coffee shop located along Pearl Drive, a 15-min walking distance from Shangri-la Mall. The name of the shop already lets you know its theme. The place is very cute; consequently, the interior and the props seem to have been well thought of. There were quite a few customers when I came in since I went there on a rainy Saturday afternoon. But despite that, the workers in the shop are very approachable and attentive. I was disappointed in their food because in Zomato, they indicated that they were serving pasta, but when I ordered there were none and only drinks and pastries were available. I ordered the San Rival and the Wintermelon Con Panna. Both were too sweet for my liking, especially when combined. I hope they improve on their menu and include rice meals or deliver their promises of having pasta because it can be a place for everyone to go to.
