This is a super late, have to share review. Ate here for about 4 times and the consistency in food quality is low. The noodles in the ramen are like “instant noodles” that can be bought at a local grocery store. I also had this experience when the soup of their ramen had a dull taste of a detergent, which could be a residue from its poor staff sanitation/after-care practice.

While Garosu doesn’t have the grills of Korean restaurants, their bento choices more than make up for it by giving guests a variety of Korean and Japanese viands to enjoy.A Bento A costs P240, and a Bento A + B is P340. Guests are allowed to pick up to one viand from each bento for their meal. From Bento A, I had the Soy Garlic Chicken. From Bento B, I had the Korean-Style Burger Steak. The chicken was crisp and crackling, with the right amount of soy sauce and garlic in the meat as well. This better than other Korean chicken places where most of the flavor is in the skin only. The burger steak was rich and savory, with a strong taste of wine in it. It is definitely best with kimchi and rice. To go with the meal, I ordered the following: Bacon and Tomato (P90) and Teriyaki Chicken (P90). Each order has two sticks, and they are great for sharing. The teriyaki chicken was mild but still had the familiar soy flavor of teriyaki. I recommend waiting a couple of minutes before eating the bacon and tomato, because the juice can burn when bitten into. When that’s done, the sour tomato juice does complement the salty, crispy bacon quite well. kevsvsfood.wordpress.com
The food was delicious. The shrimp tempura and teriyaki chicken bento combo was good and satisfying. I would definitely come back here again.
Me and my colleague went for lunch this day and thought of trying the food. We ordered the promo of spicy samgyupsal bento. It was so good and for the price you’ll get unlimited lettuce with it. Will definitely comeback to try other food as well. The servers were very attentive to us.
Was my first time to eat here and I ordered the Japanese pork cutlet under Bento category. Surprisingly very good and it is best matched with kimchi! Looking forward to trying more of their foods in the menu but good start. Recommended for Japanese food lovers or pork cutlet fans.
The soup is very no no for me. It tastes so awful.I like the spicy sangyumpsal but not that spicy (don’t worry). For the soy garlic chicken it tastes perfectly like Bonchon chicken.I like the Korean/Japanese ambiance, but not that well ventilated. They have accomodating staffs which sometimes it bothers me a lot. They’re staring at you while waiting for the food and eating which it’s inappropriate.
