Tried this spot because of a colleague recommendation. Food is average at best. The only good thing about this place is the portions. Their food is alright. I admit their pork siomai is one if the best ones I’ve tasted, as the mushrooms add to the flavour. But their food quality is usually inconsistent. One time, the meat is tender (beef), next time too hard to chew. And the service is so slow. You have to wait for a minimum of 40 minutes to be served. They also do not update their menus to reflect price adjustments.
Ming is one of my go-to restaurants when I’m around Tektite area. Good Chinese food at an affordable price. I got the Meatball Congee with Century Egg (Php160) today, although I’ve also tried their Tausi Spareribs Rice (Php160) before. They also have a wide selection of food for sharing — I’ve tried their Sweet and Sour Pork and Fish Fillet with Tausi.Lastly, don’t forget to try their Siomai (Php100). Yes, it deserves a new paragraph. Simply one of the best I’ve tasted so far!
