Didnt quite enjoy Richmonde cafe.Limited options on the menu. Ordered a chicken basket which was kinda chewy. The other dish pork sinagang was also pretty average. The staff wasnt the most responsive. Was decor and the ambience was really the only thing which I could classify as positive.Would really need to out of options to come here again.

My husband and I ate breakfast for 4 consecutive days. The dining staff are very accommodating, polite, and very proactive in suggesting menu. I think his name is Maundy. The food is sooo good! Service is excellent. Fine dining indeed! Will definitely go back here one of these days.
I have taken my staff here for breakfast meetings. There is seating for up to 20 outside the restaurant, on the left side as one ascends the stairs. Great for the no frills breakfast buffet. Service is polite and attentive.
