Worst service ever! Very unfriendly and inconsiderate waitresses. The food looks and tastes like it was cooked by an amateur. The beverages on the list are not always available (usually, just the local beer is available).Better go to Where’s Marcel instead.
Five star for sila ate Mai!! Staff are very friendly and attentive. Cocktails are good, but if you’re buying a tower, go for the walking dead straight up. DUDE the sisig is THE BEST, also try their tofu sisig.
Terrible service. Food takes about 30 mins or more. One waiter was unfriendly. Never going back. Comfort room smells bad. Smells like poop even if i sprayed perfume.
My coworkers and I held our department’s Christmas party here. There’s nothing too special about the food but the place lends itself to fun times with friends. As always, I’m glad to see that the place serves Baileys. The place can get hot when it gets crowded, though. beingjellybeans.com
You will be surprised of the interesting ambiance of The Wooden Keg nestled at the heart of Escriva drive in Ortigas Center which is probably the most remote and sleepy community of the CBD although the National Economic Development Authority and University of Asia-Pacific is nearby. I am surprised that this drinking place is always full, most of whom seems to be young urban professionals. I wouldn’t be surprised as the ambiance of Wooden Keg is the only one in the area that fits the expectations of the young urban professional or yuppie. The prices are reasonable and they have caramel beer at less than PhP100! The only thing is that the food is just enough to reach acceptable and you need a microscope to see the meat if you order the steaks. Music is interesting and place you will not regret for spending your precious after office unwinding hours in. Finally, I just live nearby so I will always go here!
