The place looks like a regular ramen shop in an unnoticeable street in Fukuoka. What’s cute is they immediately handed me a warm towel for my hands. Tried their new miso ramen with black garlic. Broth is not thick and it has too much oil!!! Taste was so-so, not something I would get again. Just something to get you through a cold rainy night. 🙂
Wasnt able to find the place easily but it satisfied my 8am cravings for ramen & gyoza. Their noodles taste good and the soup is not salty so it blended well. Must try 🙂
A small unassuming place, they serve authentic japanese dishes from a wide variety of sashimi, to bento boxes, to their signature ramens.I ordered their special araya ramen with gyoza on the side. I found the soup too mild for a ramen as I was expecting a rich, thick, and flavorful soup. The egg was a little too done as opposed to the runny yolk which you would expect from a japanese boiled egg. The Sprouts were a little overcooked and there was too much cabbage than I would prefer. However, the noodles had a nice chew to it, and while their pork chasiu was not melt in your mouth, the texture was just right and it was seasoned perfectly. The gyoza was very juicy and tasty but the wrapper was thick and soggy. Its not the best ramen place, but its not that bad either. For the price, I would say its worth a try.
Craving for a ramen night! We went in this little ramen shop. The place is small and packed so expect it will be a bit hard to go to your place and out. Also, it has a Japanese ambiance because of the design and how we see the chefs are cooking our meal.I have ordered regular size shoyu ramen. So the ramen is big enough for me. But there are so many ingredients in this ramen; lots of meat, naruto, dried seaweed and of course an egg. Kind a bit pricey but it was a worth-it ramen meal. Oh by the way, their takoyaki is authentic, huge and delicious too. I love all kinds of ramen but this place will always be on my list for my go-to ramen shop!
Tried this Takoyaki from my officemate’s lunch before.. It was good. Really wanted to try it again. They have their own Takoyaki Takeout window. Had only one kind of takoyaki. Generous serving. 8 pcs is P140.00. Very delicious.
Food was great! Although what really striked me was the ambience. It was cramped which in honesty what most Japanese restaurants are, yet still serving good food and a fun environment.
Ordered Araya Special Miso + Gyoza. Small space but comfortable and clean, Quality ingredients on the ramen, wouldn’t recommend the Gyoza. Top marks on the friendly staff.
