First, we were seated at a table that was almost not prepared. The floor was wet. The plates weren’t clean AT ALL. I had to wipe three times to have it cleaned. Then, the waiter got our order. He repeated it. And then came back to us telling us that our order wasn’t available WHEN WE DIDN’T EVEN ORDER THAT DISH. When our food arrived after AN HOUR ALMOST, it was incomplete. There was a missing order. The sisig was burnt, the pusit was cold, the RICE HAD PLASTIC AND THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT IT CAME WITH THE PACKAGING, they even tried to replace my garlic rice with plain rice (I mean could this restaurant do something right?), I asked for soy sauce which I waited for a good ten minutes and I had to ask a different waiter for it, a lot of dishes weren’t available and a lot of customers were complaining that their orders were delayed or not available. For the bad reviews posted on social media you would think they would improve but no, I don’t think they care. We ate at lunch and though there were a lot of people, it wasn’t that swamped as other restaurants and there were a lot of servers so the incompetence couldn’t have been justified. Wasted 1k+ for this. I’ll gladly spend money on something worth it but eating here, I just felt cheated.

My experience here was mediocre at best. Some of their food taste good enough, but some tasted old, or maybe that there were few servings of the food given. Their staff is accomodating, however, and tried their best to accomodate us regarding the food. Overall, good crew, but poor food quality. If you’re hungry and looking for food with passable quality, this would be the place, but otherwise, go elsewhere.

It’s been years since I last went to Mangan because their menu price hike was too painful. Yet, I had to taste their Binagoongang Babi again so we came back. Much to my dismay, it’s no longer in their menu. So we just had Kare-Kare and Inihaw na Liempo — which were both mediocre (not good-tasting) and expensive (due to small serving)Is it just me and my vague memory, or did Mangan really used to offer smaller servings in more affordable prices? Surprisingly, their prices just went up one day that we didn’t want to go there anymore (in my memory, Binagoongan used to be only 100+, now it’s 300+).

Service: 4Serving time: 0Price: 1Food: 1Ambience: 4Food took a long time to be served and they are either undercooked or served cold like the bibingka and puto bumbong. The pancit pusit is very disappointing with its tiny bits of sliced pusit and noodles that are stuck together and looked like it was cooked before and reheated. The only good thing about this restaurant is the staff. They are polite and attentive.

Tried Kapampangan foods, serving size is small for sizzling tofu but the taste is quite good. We love the halo-halo special 🙂 okay for couples but not for family gatherings

Nice interior. Attentive servers. But a little overpriced for such small servings. We did like the mango shakes. They tasted like they were made from real mangoes. There were like 4 slices of lengua on the platter. We had to eat again after our dinner here. The lumpia was forgettable as well. Not going back.
