Being a fan of mitsuyado seimen, i got excited when i saw that there’s a mitsuyado branch in new roofdeck of glorietta which they called top of the glo. I am very excited to try it thinking that this is same as mitsuyado siemens that we always visit but to my dismay, it’s definitely not. Mitsuyado ramen shokudo is cheaper than Mitsuyado siemen and so is the quality. I ordered their ajitama ramen and the base soup is matcha but there’s no taste of matcha in it. It’s also lack of flavor. Their charsiu is very soft,the moment i mix my soup and noodles, it already dissolve. Looks like it was reheated many times. Fried side dishes are a little bit hard to bite and dry. Now i know why only few customers visit them compared in their front ramen resto. I think it’s much better if they put mitsuyado siemen itself there.Will I comeback? Sorry its a no! And I will not recommend it to my ramen lover friends.
