My go-to milk tea shop in terms of affordability and proximity. Their dainty pearls and their blends- the black sugar milk tea in particular- would give Coco a run for their money.The service might take some time but it is understandable since the place is often swarming with people.Edit: Dark Cocoa with Salted Cream is so dreamy that I had to go back to this review and add it.
The first time I heard the name High Tea, I was thinking it was a posh place somewhere in San Miguel. It turned out to be a stuffy inato place where students hang out at. The refreshments are okay but beyond that, therenis nothing much to say. The ambiance is fine but the colors are too bright. The drinks are nothing special.
