I am really not fond of sweet beef tapa. But this one is the outlier. I appreciated the beef tapa here because their sunny side up is under cooked, the tapa is not that engorgingly sweet, and the Chicharon bulaklak we ordered and the bulalo or nilagang Baka soup served added to the saltiness. I would definitely come back for their sisig. I think I wouldn’t order the sweet beef tapa again knowing that it is sweet but I didn’t regret my order. Just would still like tapas to taste Savory.

Food was absolutely good. This was my favorite tapsilogan of all time and the barsilog was delectable too. Though food was good I’am bothered by the staff their staff was unfriendly and uninviting. They will not serve you unless you ask them on where to order. But will comeback for more.

The portion of the tapa to rice is just right. Tapa had the right amount of sweetness and saltiness. They have free soup (bulalo). If you’re craving for good tapa in a casual place, this is good enough.

Comfort food or in need of a remedy from a crave? This is the place to be, very affordable and it’s always open. All 3 branches have the same quality so salute for that

Finally tried tapsi ni Vivian and found it just ok. The Tapa was flavorful enough but nothing exceptional. The downer is the plain rice that came with it. Tapsi means Tapa at sinangag and not plain rice. Many tapsilogan nowadays no longer cook sinangag the old fashion way, more often it is just plain rice sprinkled with garlic bits.

Super late night cravings led us to Tapsi Ni Vivian.First impressions: too crowded, poor ventilation, poor sanitation. As for my dining experience, it was just as expected. Simply because I didn’t really expect much. We had Tapsilog. Served within 10 minutes from order time. Had to wait for clean utensils to be served. Free soup was yum!Place: 2Price: 3Taste: 4.5Service: 3
