I’m not sure if Serry’s Restaurant is the same as Nossppe Eatery, but the menu and the address seems they’re one. I was suppose to eat at a nearby resto but sadly most on their menu was out of stock so I opted to try Serry’s, since they also offer Soup #5. Once I got in, I noticed that most of their diners were chinese men. They all kinda speak loud to each other, making the ambiance quite unrelaxing. The lady owner doesn’t seem to speak much tagalog, but it’s totally fine. The menu was interestingly unique, and when I read Chinese Medicine Soup, that’s the time I realized why most of the diners were old men.My orders were Soup #5, Fried Intestines, and Kiampong Rice. I was served with a glass of hot tea, which has quite a strong taste, and is very different from the teas served in Binondo. The Soup #5 taste good, it was full of flavor, and the meat almost taste like Beef Tendon. It didn’t had a weird taste at all. The Fried Intestines were a bit greasy, just like the chicharon bulaklak, while the Kiampong Rice was nothing special.Overall, I would recommend this place for those who would like to try some unusual Chinese Dishes. The price wasn’t bad, and the servings are good for 2-3. The service was quick as well.
