So glad that the souffle pancakes which are famous in Taiwan night market has a branch now here in QC. We tried their Milk tea Pancake, Original, Creme Brulee and some of their drinks as well. For P140 you’ll get two pancakes which is sulit na. It’s also good for sharing. The pancake flavor that I loved most is their Creme Brulee.

I had their best seller, the creme brulee! The menu is very simple, they have the pancakes, the milk teas, and the carbonated drinks.Only P140 for a pair of pancakes and add P15 for the soft served ice cream. The size is what really surprises me because it’s actually quite bigger that my palm. They were very fluffy and melts in your mouth but not jiggly! I tried shaking it hehe! This is just perfect for me because I dont like my food too sweet. It was so right for my taste buds. The ice cream was not the best but it complements very well. The place is very small. The tables are outside along the hall. This is worth the try and I would definitely come back to try more. Cheers!

I am a lover of pancake mixture and pancakes, and this is my first time trying souffle pancakes. The taste was fine to me, the ice cream on the side (add-on, 15 Php) balanced the sweetness of the crème brûlée flavored pancake (their bestseller).
