Their beef stew is superb! My new favorite restaurant! I eat it for almost everyday hahahaha also their japchae, anchovies, egg roll! Everything is delicious. Great value for money cause you will really feel so much full after ordering their meal. Highly recommended!
I have always been a fan of Korean food court establishments. I have first tasted and Kim n’ Chi in their Glorietta Food Choices branch. Their food is affordable and had huge servings. My favorite food item in their menu is the 159 peso set with sides, rice and beef stew. Sadly, this branch changed my mind and made me decide to not eat there anymore. The beef in the stew tasted like it was there for 4 days already. The meat was super soft but had a bad smell and tasted weird. Tried 2 chunks of meat but decided not to finish it because I really can’t take the smell. Decided to just eat the soup and the sides (beansprouts, chapchae, gyeran mari).Went home that night and woke up midnight with a bad LBM. Bad tasting food is forgiveable but serving food that is not suited to be consumed is just unacceptable.
Kim n’ Chi in Alabang Town Center is my fave when we do lunch-outs from the office. Happy to see them in Robinson’s Galleria Food Court too! We did take outs this time since we are checked in at Holiday Inn so I wasn’t able to order my fave Seafood Ramyon though but had my fave fried dumplings.Update 7/14/19:Went back the next day for my ramyon and Korean beef stew. Yum!
Ordered spicy ramyun but this did not taste like korean ramyun at all. They could have used korean brands for their instant ramyun (like Nongshim) and upgraded it, at least it can taste authentic. My order tastes like local instant noodles that had too much water that’s why it tastes bland. Will not order again. Unless they improve, why not.
The Beef Omurice meal is quite the bang for buck meal you can have in the food court at 145php. You get a hefty serving of chap chae with beef and the aforementioned omurice as well as iced tea. I found the egg a bit too thin for my liking (they probably should use 2 eggs for the omurice). However, the chap chae with beef was just perfect. You can even see them cooking your food on the spot so you’ll know it’s freshly served. If you happen to wander into Galleria’s foodcourt without knowing where to actually go to, I would recommend this place.
This is my favorite food stall in Robinsons Galleria. Great value for money. Must try their Seafood Omu-rice and Beef Stew set meals. Each for P135 only and comes with free soup n drinks.
Ordered Seafood Omurice, Beef Omurice and Fried Crabsticks.Seafood Omurice was quite good. The sweetness and a little bit of spiciness blended well. There was also an ample of shrimp, mussel and squid. Egg was quite thin, I imagined a thicker egg in the omurice, and it felt like they only used 1 egg.Beef Omurice is like a beef teriyaki w/ a hint of chapchae because of the glass noodles. It was good, maybe a little bit salty.Fried crabsticks were ok. It had crabsticks, leek and spam fried together. Nothing really special w/ it. What I like is the egg sushi.
