  It was a Sunday, the main resto is closed because they have on-going 5 parties that day. But I hope that they do not neglect their service for other walk-in customers.We went inside where the playdium is located since they also have seats and tables there. After ordering, my son and niece played in their play area for 30mins. Imagine, they were done playing yet our food was still incomplete. They served the BBQ and Carbonara first. We almost finished them when the rice and chicken arrived. My son’s free kiddie meal is still not being served. We understand that you have so many things to do because of the parties you have that day. If you can no longer handle additional walk-in clients, you should have closed the area for walk-in customers. The waiting game was not yet done after we ate. There was free 3 ticket rides so my son and niece enjoyed them while waiting, yet after finishing the rides, our change is still not being given. I asked the staff why was it taking so long and found out that the change was already with her, she is just waiting for the waiter who served us the food to give it to us. Like duh?! You are already short of staff, and there are 3 of you in the counter. Was it not possible to just give the change yourself?! By the way, they computed our bill wrong as well because the free kiddie meal was billed to us initially before they have it corrected. This kind of service makes you forget how good was their BBQ, Chicken and Carbonara. I hope their service is not like this regularly.PS. The owner is a client of my Dad. We may raise this one so that they can have their service improved.
