Whenever I crave for Tortillas, I usually go to Hugos because they have a very good one that is so crispy and flavorful. That is why I am rating them a 4. Not to mention, their drinks are pretty cheap and they have a lot of options.The service is commendable because for a drinking place, they can accomodate customer’s requests quickly.While the ambiance, I appreciate the smoking area ‘coz I like smoking whenever I drink wine or cocktails. Also, they have pretty good music choices.
