A cappuccino with zero froth is a poor cappuccino. It didn’t even taste good. I need to say more? The owner, a matron lady, gabbled loudly in Tagalog to two customers the whole time. Not a restful or enjoyable experience.

I really never noticed this mall coffee place until our third visit in Vigan. True with the other Mocha Blend stores, coffee and pastries are decently priced and delicious. Nice spot to rest after strolling around calle crisologo
Perfect when one starts missing the old city conveniences and haunts. When you just need that coffee fix and want to just chill afte all the sight-seeing It breaks that complete historical trip and brings you back to modern times. Limited choices thouhg
Great location but coffee should be better. Asked for a long black and got a sweet version – If I want sugar I’ll add some or ask!! Also weak. Free wifi a plus but altogether service clumsy and not as good as Cafe Uno.
