I liked how they showcased the different delicacies of Panay plus the ambiance in Molo Mansion makes you feel like you are going back to the genuine culture of Ilonggos. You better try their rice meals and their red taho!
This is a small airconditioned coffee shop at the back of a restored mansion.We ordered the native hot chocolate and liked it.
We had lunch at Cafe Panay. It was very warm, but the food, especially their pancit molo, was delicious! One should try to artisinal ice cream to cap off a nice meal.
