Cafe Ysabela is a local coffee place. Located along Roxas. Cafe Ysabela not only serves coffee. Their menu has a lot of food choices. Their Drinks are very good, Quality and taste similar to well known coffee shops.Must Order: Moriecos and Pizza.

Nice and cozy place. Clean and courteous crew. sumptious balls spaghetti and cakes. A little bit pricey for class c .
Cafe Isabela serves pasta, coffee, rice meals, frozen yogurt or fro-yo and cakes. Tried the nutty caramel fro-yo, cannot get enough of it! Strangely, few people ate during a weekens there. But try this place nevertheless, even just for the fro-yo.
