When I came here for a Sunday breakfast, they’re airconditioning unit was not working. Nevertheless, the cool weather in the morning during my visit helped to maintain good ventilation. They still served the same food and the taste was what usually I would expect from any Pancake House. However, what made me give them a four despite the lack of aircon was their customer service. They were all accommodating and friendly and would even suggest if I wanted other needs like coffee or another of their food. It was worth to have eaten here because their accommodation was welcoming. Hoping that they continue this attitude because more than the physical needs in an establishment, it is the customer service that really carries all of its aspects.

basta i love pancake house lang talaga esp the chicken, and this place is where i go for a quick fix of my fave chicken and waffle, plus i dont have to break the bank to eat here, another one of my favorite is their spaghetti and the spicy chicken fillet with brown rice pilaf, super filling and delicious!
I’d be better if they have delivery in this branch. Their grilled cheese sandwich and fish rolls are the best. It would be a 4-stars if they will have delivery in our area 🙂
The company where I’m working had a change of concessionaire and there was this day when there was no food at the pantry. One of my officemates forgot to bring his baon and he asked me to have breakfast with him in Paseo de Santa Rosa. I agree since this is my chance to get the breakfast badge (lol). We wanted something light and I can only think of Pancake House. Upon entering, I noticed a poster of Max’s congratulating Pancake House or was it the other way around? I can’t remember. I spoke to one of their crews and found out that Max’s bought Pancake House last year.I became curious on the restaurants connected to Max’s and Pancake House. Upon checking, the Max’s brands include Krispy Kreme and Jamba Juice. The Pancake House brands include Yellow Cab, Le Coeur De France, Dencio’s, Teriyaki Boy, Singkit, Sizzling Pepper Steak, Kabisera, the Chicken Rice Shop, and Maple. Hmmm.. Now I know!#BacklogBack to my review, both of us had two pieces of blueberry pancakes. Both of our orders were served hot. The pancakes were simple, fluffy and delicious. The blueberry filling was just enough in every pancake. I loved the fact that the syrup was also blueberry flavored. All in all, it was an awesome breakfast!
2nd visit: Had a client meeting and this is the most accessible place for us to meet. Tried the classic BLT Sandwich and I think it could be better if they have an option of having the bread in wheat than white one, I enjoyed the potato salad on the side. We also tried their taco salad which comes with this intriguingly savoury chips on top and I think everyone is quite familiar with it. *cough chippy* :PThe aircon seems not working properly when we were there. 1st visit: This establishment has been in the market for years. A go-to place whenever one can’t decide where to eat.The interiors are lively, it somewhat reminds me of colours of the famous fast-food here in our country. I think they can start going back on the drawing board for rebranding. We tried their promo two meal for 380 pesos. We ordered 2 pcs chicken which is so-so nothing spectacular and quite on the salty side; spaghetti with cheese sandwiches which is my favorite, the combination will remind you of your childhood years; and Salisbury steak which is average, the gravy is kinda lumpy (maybe they need to do something on their gravy recipe).
