Classic pinoy food with, of course, rice is pretty much a default choice for lunch, especially with the fact that I came in with my team of project engineers. I ordered the group meal sets with multiple viands inclusive of the chicken inasal. Meal sets came with bagoong and aligue rice option which we both chose. I ordered an bangus, my default fish choice anywhere.Now for the fun part – eating. Seemed my hungry engineers got their tummies filled. I must give some notes on the food. Chicken is a bit better than the more famous one. However, the others fell short on quality, i.e. the bangus was dry; the beef on the kare kare was stiff and did not absorb any flavor from the sauce; among other things. Nonetheless, I will give them plus points for the rice.
