Food quality could be better. Their burgers are good but the patty seemed dry. Also tried their chicken and their version of paella and we also didn’t enjoy it. Staff was also inattentive and the manager would rather stay outside to wait for guests than check inside if customers need help.
It was a bit expensive for its serving size, though I loved the service. I think they should move to a less isolated area, so that more people could go eat here.
The staff were friendly and the food was good!! However, they didn’t have enough dip/sauce for their food. I hope they can fix the ratio. 🙂
White paper and crayons, an identifier which But good established to its patrons. You can practice your sketching skills and entertain yourselves while waiting for your orders. When you’re in a large group, you just have to order the appetizer sample platter. Though the serving was hefty I just felt that it is not equally proportioned, there where too many fries and less mozarealla sticks and calamari. Serving sizes for their pasta and pizza are good enough for 2-4 person (depends on how big your appetite is) though pasta dishes could be better. Salads on the other hand are good, the greens are still crisp and portioning is reasonable. All in all this place is good for family and large group.
The food looks great, great for pictures. They’re calamari and chicken are bland. I was very excited with the calamari. The shrimp is over fried. The place is great, they also have this paper mat where kids can draw while waiting for food, it’s cool. The price is okay.
Worth highlighting that the wait staff were very accommodating during our visit and even checked up on us while we were eating. This was my first time trying Burgoo. We ordered the Seafood Caesar Supreme and Seafood Linguini. The seasoning on the shrimp on the salad was superb, and I love that the lettuce was only lightly bathed and not drowning in Caesar dressing. The linguini was cooked nicely, and chock full of tomatoes in the sauce. I wish there was Parmesan on the side to garnish ourselves but that’s a minor thing and can be asked for. Food was a bit on the pricier side but the servings were decent.
The ambiance is wonderful. The steak ribs & chicken was ok, but the spaghetti, fries & rice were kinda ordinary to my taste buds. Overall satisfied.
