Totally, totally disappointed. I ordered a lunch menu of classic chicken w salad and nachos on 7/23/2018 for delivery inside the theatre which they said they do. Told them to deliver by 1pm (the movie starts at 1255) when there is still light inside the theatre to enjoy my lunch. Which they agree. The featured movie is 1/4 in its showing around 35 minutes when they made the delivery. My first time to order from this place and it was very unsatisfactory and will not be repeated again. I even inserted a 5 pesos tip when I made the payment. This is one place that I will tell my family and friends to avoid.
We came in here with a group of friends. We expected it to be a GOOD American restaurant since it was a franchise, but when we got there, we were given TAP WATER. FILTHY, UNSANITARY TAP WATER. Seriously. None of us were able to drink any of it because you can smell it (sewer like). With the pricing on the food, how EXPENSIVE IS IT TO BUY MINERAL WATER?! Food was dismal. The only saving grace was the pizza. Staff were clueless. Seriously. Fire the management or change it altogether. This is something that can be reported to FDA or any institution that watches out for the safety and quality of food service.And to top it off, we’re done with almost half of the food, just finishing the pizza when the 2 staff went barging in asking if they could already take our plates. At first I thought they just want to clear out some space in the table, but NO. THEY WERE CLEANING OUT ALL OF OUR PLATES. We got so frustrated that we just finished everything in a jiffy. So sick. MONEY WASTED. DO. NOT. EAT. HERE

The service was fast and they even have crayons and papers to keep yourself entertained while waiting for the food. The place was a little too tight. Hope they can find a bigger place to accommodate more people.
