Food is good. Love the Inihaw na Bangus, it has ginger filling but tastes balanced. The pinakbet is also amazing, the bagoong they used is a gem. The chicken adobo is also good but I wish they used better parts or a bigger chicken since the one they served us is more of boney than meaty. The Almondigas soup was a stunner with those big huge meatballs, although when you bite them you’ll also be surprised that those large meatballs are mostly binders – flour or molo wrappers stuffed inside the meat. Overall we were happy with the food. Big upset is the 40 minute waiting time which is extremely slow. Also they don’t accept card payments.
