Seriously crazy, for the lack of a better way to say it, feels like i went to Atoys and got tapa in that portion with that amount I paid. We’ve been eating at other outlets but this one is ridiculously and definitely the place not to go back with the unbelievable portion.
First time and the experience is great. The beef is tender and peppery in taste, just the right amount, servings is good for the average person. Service is quite good when we dined out, the place is well spaced out, the atmosphere in the dining area is accomodating. Overall, i would rate this place as one of my favorites, and would recommend to my friends and relatives.
Pepper Lunch is one of my favorite places to dine. I love the sizzle and not to mention, their salads. I gave it a 3 because I think they can do a much better job when it comes to customer service. I don’t like the girl assigned at the restaurant’s entrance area. She isn’t accommodating AT ALL! She can’t even grant our simple request to change seats. When we asked another crew if we can switch to another table, he simply granted our request without further ado. I wish I can get the girl’s name tho. She’s not helping us on making it easier to wait on long queue (especially on peak hours). She’s not even smiling. Please replace her, she’s giving a bad face to the product. Put a more accommodating and a friendlier crew if you want to keep your valued customers.
